This skin is from the anime Samurai Troopers, also known as Ronin Warrors to the dubbies. Umm... I dunno, I wasn't going to skin this picture originally, but then I was experimenting and realized that it was probably a really good pic for a skin... and this lovely work of art was born, er, created. Actually, it's one of my favorites... I'm not quite sure why, but it is...
Oh, and on a side note, he isn't my favorite character from the series... I actually prefer Cye of the Torrent to Rowen of the Strata, but I haven't found a good picture of Cye yet. I will eventually, though.
This is from the popular anime Wedding Peach. It wasn't as well received in the United States as it could have been, but I only saw the subtitled version so I don't know what I'm missing by not watching the dub ^_^
Umm... I'm not quite sure what posessed me to make this skin... but it actually turned out halfway decent! My dad hates this skin because he has problems seeing the buttons, but this is coming from a person who has problems lookng at the buttons when they're on top of hte "normal" winamp background.
This skin is one of Hadji! Yum! This Indian delicacy comes from the television show Jonny Quest, a ::gasps:: American "cartoon" from the 1960's... umm... he's my favorite character from the show... I don't know exactly what to say about him... I included a lot more info in the read-me file.
Well, I made this because I'd never seen a skin based on the show Jonny Quest... and I'd been to a LOT of skin websites. So I decided to make one. And here it is.
Umm... this is Mimi from Digital Monsters. I'm not a fan of the show, I just really like the clothes of the characters. Somehow I realized that this picture would make a decent skin and set to making it... one of my friends is a big fan of the show and really likes this skin.
It's a bit pastel for my everyday use (I usually like more vibrant patterns), but I still think it's kinda cute... in a pink and purple way... I definitely like this one better than some of my others.
This is a skin based on the television show The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest. It aired in the late 1990's, a modern take on the classic series from the 1960's. This skin involves Jessie Bannon, a girl created especially for the series (she wasn't in the original). I'm not exactly sure if this is fanart or not, but if it is I apologize because I did not know. If it was made by you, let me know because I will take it down if you want me to.
This is a decent skin... it is very vibrant and uplifting, but modern at the same time. I especially like the silver suit Jessie is wearing in this picture.
This skin is from the overly popular anime, Sailor Moon featuring the title character. It's no longer my favorite show, but I've always wanted to to a nice skin of it. I kind of like the playlist and I like the image I used, but I'm not quite sure what I think of the rest of it. Ah well. Turned out a bit better than I expected, but not my favorite skin (probably because I'm not a huge fan of the character).
Anyhow, I think that this skin is moderately decent. By FAR it is not my favorite skin ever, but it's definitely not my worst, either... that special honor is reserved for my first two skins. Both of them are so horrid that I cringe at the mere thought of them (although I have to admit that the second one looks much better than the first). You can't see the cool bars in the equalizer, but I'm too lazy to take another shot of it that's going to turn out just as bad, if not worse, than the one I have.
This one features Mihoshi, everyone's favorite ditz from the various Tenchi animes from Japan. She's the epitome of a blonde, and for this reason, I love her. Forgetful, talkative, bubbly... sounds like a certain webmistress that I could mention ^_^
Anyhow, I'm moderately pleased with this skin. It's not my favorite, but it does have my favorite color in it so that boosts it up a bit on my list.
